Role & Responsibilities:

To manage, supervise and implement online monitoring management system at all the sites.
Responsible to monitor the installation of hardware across identified sites.
To carry out assessments and cost benefit analysis in terms of value for money and security while deploying any IT solution.
To ensure the HWM software implementation and its uptime round the clock 24/7 at all the deployment sites.
Supervise the time to time modification /customization of software.
Responsible to define and implement the SOPs and protocols for safety and security of data and servers.
Responsible to mapping of process flows of systems.
Responsible for system implementation of record, inventory of supplies and equipment.
Responsible to implementation of any suitable software to address all the operation of project i.e. human resource, finance, inventory etc.
To helps and coordinates with team members in removing the bottle necks and hindrances in project implementation or network connectivity if and when needed.
To manage all kind of hard ware’s and software’s installed in the office and field.
Performing routine audits of systems and software.
Troubleshoot issues related to software connectivity.
Responsible to troubleshoot all software & hardware which are being used currently in office.
Designing and implementation of KPIs.
Coordination with oversees country director and other stack holders of the project.
overall planning and goals analysis periodically.
evaluation of staff and database strategies.
keeping management up to date via transparent performance plan.

Effective strategic IT planning and oversight of IT performance. Also:
-Oversee the development and maintenance of the IT strategic plan;

-Approve vendors used by the organization and monitors their financial condition;

-Approve and monitor major projects, IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance;

-Coordinate priorities between the IT department and user departments; and

-Review the adequacy and allocation of IT resources in terms of funding, personnel, equipment, and service levels.

-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.

Speaking to the management team/clients to find out what they want and to advise them objectively on where IT might make a difference to the business
• Planning the stages of the project and how each affects the business
• Coordinating the project team
• Agreeing costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitoring these throughout the project
• Adjusting the plans where needed
• Making sure there is a smooth change over from the old system to the new one
• Keeping management and clients updated on progress
• Evaluation of each project stage and once completed

-Teach academic and vocational subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students aged 18 upwards. They work in universities and in some further education colleges.

-Responsibility and research but often includes:
*delivering lectures, seminars and tutorials;
*developing and implementing new methods of teaching to reflect changes in research;
*designing, preparing and developing teaching materials;
*assessing students\' coursework;
*setting and marking examinations;
*supporting students through a pastoral or advisory role;
*undertaking personal research projects and actively contributing to the institution\'s research profile;
*writing up research and preparing it for publication;
*supervising students\' research activities;
*completing continuous professional development (CPD) and participating in staff training activities;
*carrying out administrative tasks related to the department, such as student admissions, induction programs and *involvement in committees and boards;
*managing and supervising staff - at a senior level this may include the role of head of department;
*representing the institution at professional conferences and seminars, and contributing to these as necessary;
*establishing collaborative links outside the university with industrial, commercial and public organisations.
